Care Packages
Being in jail is never easy for the offender or their family. Meherrin River Regional Jail offers two opportunities to send care packages to a loved one housed in our facility. Click on the links below to learn more about each program
MRRJ’s Just Like Home program offers you the opportunity to provide a fresh hot meal to a loved one during their stay. The program offers appetizers, combo meals, desserts, and sodas that are prepared, fresh and in-house by our Food Services Staff and hand delivered to each offender two times a week.
Access Securepak
Access Securepak is the most comprehensive custom package program in the correctional industry. Access Securepak® is a program designed to allow family members and friends to send packages to offenders. Access Securepak® was developed to eliminate contraband and greatly reduce the time and labor required to process packages. This program is provided by Keefe Group, our commissary vendor.
